PowerParts Group (“PPG” or the “Company”), a provider of mission-critical components and field services for gas and steam power turbines, has acquired Precision Profiles, LLC (“Precision Profiles”), a manufacturer of high-precision turbine airfoils serving customers in the power generation, naval defense, and industrial markets.

Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Titusville, PA, Precision Profiles specializes in ultra-tight-tolerance vanes, blades, shrouds, nozzles, and other components for gas and steam turbines. The Company also provides a full suite of value-added industrial machining services with specialized capabilities such as trepanning, boring, and honing. Precision Profiles has built a strong reputation for quality and customer service making it a trusted supplier of ultra-precision components for some of the most demanding turbine applications.
