The launch comes at a time when U.S. manufacturing is navigating increasingly varied equipment needs, greater automation, and demand spikes that no longer follow a predictable peak season. Warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities rely on forklifts and other material-handling equipment to keep products moving. When a battery must be replaced or new equipment is added to a fleet, customers may already know the truck and battery type they need, but still need to identify the corresponding product and part number in a supplier’s portfolio.

The Battery Selector includes forklift specifications, battery dimensions, connectivity requirements, and operating conditions, helping users narrow the available options by forklift manufacturer, model, voltage, and technology. The guide matches users’ specifications with a compatible Sunlight lead-acid battery, including its material number, dimensions, weight, amp-hour capacity, and kilowatt-hour rating. Customers can verify the battery requirements with the forklift manufacturer’s user manual or service department and contact Sunlight for additional assistance. This simplified experience can help customers select batteries with confidence in supply and quality, providing both the immediate and long-term support they need to make the right decision for their business.

The Battery Selector advances Sunlight Batteries USA’s growing domestic customer-support commitment. Together, the programs support two distinct parts of the customer journey: helping customers identify an appropriate battery starting point and, where eligible products are available through Quick Ship, helping them plan around product availability and lead times.
